Kavo Car Platform Use Contract
This Platform Use Contract governs access to and use of Kavo Car and forms part of the electronic account registration.

1. Parties, representation, and acceptance
This Contract is entered into by KAVO CAR LTDA, enrolled in Brazil's CNPJ under no. 68.967.106/0001-00, with registered office at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 2369, suite 1102, Jardim Paulistano, postal code 01452-922, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, operator of the Kavo Car platform ("Kavo"), and the account holder or organization linked to the account. By accepting electronically, you state that you have capacity and authority to represent the store and agree to keep its information current.
2. Account, team, and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify Kavo of unauthorized use. Each organization is responsible for managing its team access and ensuring that each person uses only an authorized account.
3. Listings and published content
Publishers are responsible for the accuracy, currency, source, and legality of listing information, images, prices, and conditions. Marketplace publication is an explicit decision by the advertiser and may be subject to eligibility and moderation.
4. User negotiations
Kavo facilitates discovery and contact, but does not become the buyer, seller, lender, broker, or a party to agreements made between users unless a specific instrument states otherwise. Before any transaction, confirm the other party, vehicle, documents, price, and conditions.
5. Dealer workspace
The dealer workspace is for the authorized operation. Inventory, customer, supplier, financial, and team data are restricted to the organization and its assigned permissions. Publishing tools do not automatically make internal data public.
6. Commercial terms and payments
Plans, pricing, trials, implementation, duration, taxes, charges, and cancellation follow the applicable proposal, checkout, invoice, or order. No charge arises merely from silence or a preselected option; the terms displayed and confirmed in the commercial flow govern each purchase.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for fraud, social engineering, misleading listings, unlawful content, third-party rights violations, unauthorized automated collection, attempts to access others' data, security interference, or spam. Do not bypass limits, access controls, or publication rules.
8. Intellectual property
Kavo and its brand, software, interfaces, and materials are protected by law. You keep rights in your content but grant Kavo the license needed to host, process, display, and distribute it through channels you choose while use or publication remains active.
9. Availability and security
Kavo uses measures to keep the platform available and secure, but digital services may experience maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond reasonable control. Keep copies of important documents and never share passwords, verification codes, or banking data through unconfirmed channels.
10. Suspension and termination
Kavo may limit, suspend, or remove content, listings, accounts, or access where there is an indication of a Terms violation, security risk, legal obligation, or a need to protect users and the platform. Where appropriate, guidance may be sent through registered channels.
11. Changes, electronic acceptance, and applicable law
The version and date identify the accepted document. Material changes to scope, price, data use, or responsibilities will be highlighted and, where required, need renewed acceptance. Electronic acceptance records agreement to this version. Brazilian law applies without limiting mandatory rights or venues.
12. Customer service through WhatsApp
The integration uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business platform and depends on authorization, phone number eligibility and provider availability. The administrator chooses between a shared store number and individual seller numbers and controls team access. Messages sent through Kavo on a shared number identify the seller. The organization must comply with Meta's policies, recipients' authorization and applicable messaging and template rules; spam is prohibited. The integration does not reproduce every WhatsApp application feature, does not guarantee complete history import and is not a permanent archive. Coexistence with the mobile application depends on eligibility confirmed by Meta. Disconnecting the number stops its use through the integration but does not erase previously processed data; consult the data deletion instructions. Specific commercial terms require a separate agreement, with no automatic charge from simply accepting this integration.
